This Privacy Policy explains what information BananaThief ("the app", "we", "us") collects when you use the game, how we use it, and the choices you have. BananaThief is published by Symflo and is available on iOS, Android, and the web.

The short version

• We don't ask for, or collect, any personal information directly.
• The app shows ads through Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers and ad-interaction data to serve ads.
• Your high score and game preferences are stored only on your device.

Information we collect

BananaThief does not require you to create an account, sign in, or share any personal information to play. We do not knowingly collect names, email addresses, contact lists, photos, or location data.

Local data on your device

To remember your high score, audio preferences, and similar settings between sessions, the app stores data locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to us. You can clear it at any time by deleting the app or, on the web, by clearing your browser's site data.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

BananaThief uses Google AdMob to display banner and rewarded video ads. Google and its partners may collect and process information to serve and measure ads, including:

• Device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID)
• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Device type, operating system, and app version
• Ad interaction events (impressions, clicks, completions)

On supported devices you can also reset or limit your Advertising ID through your operating system's settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising; Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).

Children's privacy

BananaThief is rated for general audiences but is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or the CCPA (California) to access, correct, or delete personal information about you. Because BananaThief does not collect personal information directly, most requests are handled by Google AdMob. To make a request to us, contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Data retention

We do not retain personal information about you, because we do not collect any. Data stored locally on your device persists until you delete the app or clear it from your device.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or on this site.
